To express interest medical insurance companies/firms, are requested to submit the following documents: 1) Financial Proposal including: Table of Benefits describing the benefits/services offered, per class B List of networks contracted with the Insurance company (Drs, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, physiotherapists, etc..) List of exclusion (services) *P.S: Payment terms. All prices must be in United States Dollars and inclusive of Value Added Tax. 2) Company profile (plus all registration documents, and ID of owner) – to be consolidated in one pdf. Other details: Period of Insurance contract: Two Years (1 October 2023 – 1 October 2025) Population age: between 22 and 65 *Only proposals submitted through the above link will be taken into consideration, and only shortlisted candidates might be contacted if clarifications regarding the submitted proposal is needed.
