Within the framework of the DANIDA (Towards more protected, resilient, and self-reliant crisis-affected communities in the Baalbek District of Lebanon and Rural Damascus in Syria) .Oxfam is planning to conduct MHM awareness campaign with the below objectives: Raise awareness on the importance of utilizing sustainable menstrual products and promote their adoption as an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative. Raise awareness that specifically target men and boys, aiming to reduce the stigma surrounding menstruation and to create safer, more supportive spaces for women and girls to manage their periods with dignity and without prejudice. Essentials: Strong technical knowledge and experience with designing material and modules related to MHM. Experience in conducting awareness campaigns Ability to conduct awareness campaign in north Bekaa region Experience in capacity building including (designing and delivering different training methods, modules and excellent facilitation skills). Good interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and ability to establish good and effective relationships with refugee community members.
