Guidelines for Submission: - Consultants/Consultancy Firms should submit all requirements requested in Annex 1 (Terms of Reference) - Consultants/Consultancy Firms should submit a proposal that covers the include details on the aspects shown in Annex 2 (Organisation and Methodology) - Consultants/Consultancy Firms should fill their prices, details about them/their company, references in Annex 3 (Proposal Submission form) - Consultants should read and sign each of Annexes 4 and 5 (General Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct) - Consultants/Consultancy Firms should send their registration documents if it is a company or ID and MoF number if it is an individual consultant.
