Thus, the trainer is expected to: Develop agenda, objective and syllabus of training. Prepare training material and facilitate the training in Arabic & English Prepare interactive and engaging lesson plan Develop and carry out evaluation of the training (pre and post-test) Cover all aspects of the LPSP model, including the packages, quality aspect, community outreach, among other dimensions. Draft a training report For the PHCCs staff training; annexed validated training schedule by MoPH should be followed Profile Bachelor degree in health-related sciences Experience in quality management Master’s degree in public health is an asset Experience in delivering trainings is mandatory Previous experience in LPSP training for the PHCC staff and INGO supporting PHCC staff. A copy of your legal documents (MOF registration, VAT registration, Commercial Circulair…) Required documents CV Financial proposal (including price for each training, the validity of the offer, terms of payment, payment modality etc.) Brief training description specifying the topics and agenda as well as learning objectives A schedule of availability to meet the technical team before the proposition of the training date.
