Aug 2023 Intervention Sector(s): Health, Mental Health Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 9 Days Training MdM is looking for a Long Term PHCC Subsidization Protocol (LPSP) Trainer – Consultant to build the capacity of supported PHCCs’ staff and MdM staff regarding the new model in Primary Healthcare settings by delivering a set of 5 full-day trainings for PHCC staffs and 4 full day training for MdM staff. Thus, the trainer is expected to: Develop agenda, objective and syllabus of training. Prepare training material and facilitate the training in Arabic & English Prepare interactive and engaging lesson plan Develop and carry out evaluation of the training (pre and post-test) Cover all aspects of the LPSP model, including the packages, quality aspect, community outreach, among other dimensions. Draft a training report For the PHCCs staff training; annexed validated training schedule by MoPH should be followed Profile Bachelor degree in health-related sciences Experience in quality management Master’s degree in public health is an asset Experience in delivering trainings is mandatory Previous experience in LPSP training for the PHCC staff and INGO supporting PHCC staff. A copy of your legal documents (MOF registration, VAT registration, Commercial Circulair…) Required documents CV Financial proposal (including price for each training, the validity of the offer, terms of payment, payment modality etc.) Brief training description specifying the topics and agenda as well as learning objectives A schedule of availability to meet the technical team before the proposition of the training date. Tentative date of Trainings: 4 days training for MdM staff starting from 4th to7th September 2023 5 days training for PHCCs staff from 11th to 15th September 2023 Number and Location of Training: Participants in both trainings are anticipated to be maximum of 25 trainees for each training Both training courses are expected to be held at Beirut Number of PHCCs Planned to Receive the Training: Four PHCCs staff will receive the training (3 from Bekaa and 1 from Tripoli) published on 28 Jul 2023.
