Tender Dossier Preparation and Evaluation in accordance with GIZ’s rules and regulations, including terms of reference, for works contractors (and if applicable, suppliers) required to deliver the solution designed. Supervision and Guidance of awarded contractors to ensure commitment to works quality, timeliness, and compliance with the terms and conditions under which they were awarded, as well as handover processing with BMLWE.
