Inter-Relationships Peace-building Program Manager Peace-building Program Coordinator Experience and Needed Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, budgeting, and grant application processes. Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs related to proposal writing and budgeting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with the social and economic context of North Lebanon and Akkar governorates. A track record of working with local groups or community-based organizations. Responsibilities And Obligations: Assessment: Conduct an initial assessment of the training needs of local groups in relation to proposal writing and budgeting. Training Program Development: Design a two-day training program that addresses the specific needs and challenges identified during the assessment. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for local group members over two days, ensuring they acquire essential skills for proposal writing and budgeting. Hands-on Support: Provide one-on-one support to local groups to assist them in developing actual project proposals and budgets. Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the progress of local groups and provide guidance, feedback, and support as necessary to ensure the successful implementation of learned skills. Reporting: Prepare a comprehensive final report highlighting the training outcomes and provide recommendations for ongoing support.
