Assist LADE to develop monitoring and evaluation plan for projects’ activities in consultation within LADE’s divisions/ departments and Districts’ Coordinators.
Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures.
Develop Performance Monitoring Plan and Tracking tables with relevant data collection systems for the operation’s project under implementation.
Monitor project progress towards achieving the project outcome.
Develop simple and user category wise monitoring format and its guidelines to be used in monitoring process.
Submit a Report activities evaluation to LADE’s executive director and Program Manager
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in statistics, business administration, data science, or other relevant field – MA degree is a plus.
At least 4 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
Non-profit experience, with experience with fund/grants accounting preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Strong report writing and documentation skills.
