The CONCERN WORLDWIDE in Lebanon from Middle East region had released this tender for Expression of Interest are invited for Shelter Rehabilitation.
With funding from ECHO, UNHCR, LHF, IRISH AID, WFP, and any other donors, Concern Worldwide, as part of the execution of its development and emergency programs in Lebanon, is looking for qualified contractors to carry out rehabilitation works in residential buildings in Akkar and T5 but potentially in other areas in Lebanon. The contractors will be pre-qualified for a period of up to 18 months extendable based on performance to 22 months. Contractors must be registered and physically present to operate in Lebanon and therefore only companies and contractors meeting this criteria will be considered for this EOI. Pre-Qualified contractors will be asked to submit bids under a restricted tender basis when the Concern Engineers identify and finalise BOQ;s for buildings which require rehabilitation, Works contracts may be awarded for multiple buildings as decided upon by the committee.
