While keeping youth as the main focus of the mission, MARCH provides cultural and vocational trainings aimed towards youth empowerment and reintegration into society. Through our work, we aim to develop the resilience of marginalized youth and help them to build better a better future while encouraging constructive dialogue and fostering cross-communal acceptance and respect to create sustainable reconciliation. Summary: MARCH is seeking a soft skills trainer with a bachelor degree in Socio-Economic Development, Social Studies, Education or any related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of fieldwork experience to conduct: 1- Sessions on Conflict Transformation and Peace Building covering informal debating, negotiation, positive communication, informal mediation for vunlerable group of people. And/Or: 2- Gender-focused sessions for women emphazising character building through enhacing communication, relations, positive influence, role in society and dealing with people. And/Or: 3- Team Building activities focusing on working within a team, accepting other opinions, working around differences and finding common grounds.
