Vendor Submission: Vendors are expected to submit the following documentation: Completed Appendix A – as per attached Excel sheet. Business Registration Company Profile Completed Vendor information form - as per attached VIF Reference letters RFI Submission: Vendors who wish to participate in the RFI Process should send the information required to the following Email Address: LB-medicinesRFI@rescue.org on or before Friday 7th of July, at 4 Pm.
