Natural and legal persons (companies or institutions) who deal in the sale and distribution of medicines, veterinary and laboratory materials and who are registered for the year 2025 in the Chamber of Commerce are entitled to participate in this tender. Industry and agriculture. The contract is made by public tender on the basis of providing a price for each group separately, and the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one group or more in accordance with the attached technical regulations (Appendix No. 1). The provisional contract for each group is assigned separately to the bidder whose offer is accepted in administrative and technical terms and who submitted the total minimum price for each group separately.
