Companies or institutions who import and distribute fuels in Lebanon have the right to participate in this public tender under prior authorization. Granted by the Minister of Energy and Water (formerly, Industry and Oil) (revision of Article 36 of Decree No. 6821/73), and to have a network of stations spread across Lebanon in all districts and governorates in order to be able to cover all the centers affiliated with the General Directorate of Agriculture spread over various Lebanese lands, and undertakes to secure the necessary liquid fuels in the rest of the governorate centers at the price on which the contract is made.
