Natural and legal persons (companies or institutions) who engage in the trade in veterinary medicines and vaccines have the right to participate in this tender. Those registered for the year 2025 in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. Those who have a license to import veterinary medicines and vaccines issued by the Directorate of Animal Wealth -  Ministry of Agriculture.
