Natural and legal persons (duly registered companies or institutions) who engage in agricultural and forestry work are entitled to participate in this tender. Bidding is done by public tender on the basis of submitting a price for each group separately, and the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more groups in accordance with the attached technical regulations (Appendix No. 1).
