The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, conducts a public tender for the provision of maintenance of laboratory equipment and machinery for the plant pharmacy laboratory - Ministry of Agriculture - Directorate of Agricultural Wealth through a public tender method for a period of two years, in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (institutions or companies) who undertake the provision of maintenance for equipment and machinery are entitled to participate in this tender. laboratory, and registered  in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. In the event that it is not possible to repair the faults, experts from abroad must be sought to carry out the necessary repairs. The contracting company must include engineers: with experience in performing the required maintenance work who have been trained in performing maintenance on the devices required in these items in the parent company that manufactured it abroad. Provided that certificates of experience from the manufacturer proving this are attached. That they have practiced performing maintenance on the devices required in these clauses in Lebanon or abroad. Provided that statements are attached proving that they have performed maintenance operations for these devices.
