The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, is conducting a public tender to award the provision of veterinary medicines and vaccines required by the Ministry of Agriculture - Livestock Directorate for the year 2026, in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (companies or institutions) who engage in the trade in veterinary medicines and vaccines and who are registered for the year 2026 are entitled to participate in this tender. The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, and those who have a license to import veterinary medicines and vaccines issued by the Directorate of Animal Wealth -  Ministry of Agriculture. The bidding is carried out by public tender on the basis of providing a price for each group separately, and the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more groups, which are divided into 7 groups as follows: First group: Foot-and-mouth disease in sheep, goats and cattle FMD Second group: Sheep Pox Group Third: Peste des Petits Ruminants (PPR) Fourth Group: Rabies Vaccine Fifth Group: Oral Rabies Bites Dog Vaccine Sixth Group: LSD Vaccine Seventh Group: Dewormer Repellents Temporarily assigning each group separately to the bidder whose offer is acceptable from an administrative and technical standpoint and who has provided the lowest price for each group separately.
