The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, is conducting a public tender to award the provision of veterinary medicines and vaccines required by the Ministry of Agriculture - Livestock Directorate for the year 2026, in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (companies or institutions) who engage in the trade in veterinary medicines and vaccines and who are registered for the year 2026 are entitled to participate in this tender. The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, and those who have a license to import veterinary medicines and vaccines issued by the Directorate of Animal Wealth - Ministry of Agriculture.
