The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, conducts a public tender to award forest maintenance required by the Ministry of Agriculture - Directorate of Rural Development and Natural Resources using the public tender method for the year 2026, in accordance with this book of conditions and its annexes, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (companies or institutions) who engage in agricultural and forestry work are entitled to participate in this tender. The obligation is made through the public tender method on the basis of Providing a price for each group separately, and the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more groups in accordance with the attached technical regulations (Appendix No. 1). The provisional award for each group separately will be assigned to the bidder whose offer is accepted in administrative and technical terms and who has submitted the lowest total price for each group separately.
