The Ministry of Agriculture, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and through the sealed envelope method, will conduct a public tender to award the provision of veterinary medicines and vaccines required by the Ministry of Agriculture - Livestock Directorate - through the public tender method for the year 2025, in accordance with this book of conditions and its attachments, all of which are considered an integral part of it. Natural and legal persons (companies or institutions) who engage in the trade in veterinary medicines and vaccines have the right to participate in this tender. Those registered for the year 2025 in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. Those who have a license to import veterinary medicines and vaccines issued by the Directorate of Animal Wealth -  Ministry of Agriculture. The bidding is carried out by public tender on the basis of providing a price for each item separately, and the bidder has the right to participate in the deal on the basis of one or more items, which are divided into (6 categories) as follows: First category: Foot-and-mouth disease in cows, sheep and goats FMD Second category: Sheep Pox Third category: Plague Small Ruminants (PPR) Fourth Class: Dewormer Fifth Class: Dog Vaccine Sixth Class: LSD Cow Vaccine The provisional supply for each item is assigned separately to the bidder whose offer is acceptable in administrative and technical terms and who has provided the lowest price for each item separately.
