This task will be implemented in accordance with the Lebanese legal and regulatory framework governing the cellular telecommunications sector and public procurement, in particular Telecommunications Law No. 431/2002, Public Procurement Law No. 244/2021 and its regulatory applications, in addition to Cabinet decisions, decisions and regulations issued About the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority regarding operation, licensing and regulatory oversight.
