The objective of this training is to empower our education staff to lead professional learning initiatives, fostering continuous improvement of educational practices at both classroom and school levels. Training Objective: The selected consultant will work closely with our education staff to design and implement tailored interventions that enhance their capacity to maintain high educational quality. We are seeking a professional with over 5 years of experience in training teachers on innovative pedagogical methods. The consultant should be well-informed and updated on the latest findings related to the following suggested topics: Disciplining in the classroom- Alternatives to punishment (classroom management) Motivating students- bring the best out of students by simple changes in our communication and behavior Active learning- Methodologies to make teaching more interactive, involving and more meaningful (student-centered) Learning styles- understanding learning styles and how we can maximize learning using this understanding Multiple intelligences- to make classes more interactive and interesting Cooperative learning- how to multiply learning using groups Understanding and working with higher order thinking skills Developing and using creativity in learning Brain based learning and study skills published on 08 Aug 2023.
