Develop guidelines related to the delivery and preparation for the training: These guidelines should include the following: General notes on preparing for and delivering a training Tools, forms, and templates needed List of “do’s and don’ts” Checklist Expected outcomes: Trainees should get to know the different facilitation skills and have a good idea of how to make use of them. Trainees could conduct practical and participatory exercises Training Evaluation and Follow up guidelines Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in education or pedagogy or equivalent experience in training, adult education, and/or training materials development. 5+ years of ToT (training of trainers) experience Previous experience working with international or local NGOs Previous experience working in the fields of gender, sexuality, and/or LGBTIQ+ rights, is a plus.
