b. Product specifications: A list of components, compliance with required quality standards or applicable certifications, and country of origin.
c. Pricing information: Itemised cost breakdown for each component, including the unit price, and any additional charges such as packaging, shipping, and handling fees.
d. Delivery schedule: Lead time and confirmation of delivery terms.
e. Warranty and after-sales support: Terms of warranty, return policy, and details of after-sales services.
