- Undertaking letter (declaration) according to the attached form, signed and endorsed by the bidder, with stamps, with a value of 50,000 LL. The undertaking includes the bidder's confirmation of his commitment to the price and the validity of the offer. 2- Certificate of registration of the bidder with the Value Added Tax Directorate (or a copy thereof) if he is subject to it. In the event that it is not subject, the bidder shall be bound by its price, even if it becomes registered in this directorate during the implementation period. 3- Certificate of registration of the bidder with the Ministry of Finance - Imports Directorate (or a copy thereof). 4- A letter of temporary bank guarantee (temporary insurance) or a cash guarantee to be deposited in the interest fund. 5- A CV indicating that the engineer / engineering company has previously dealt with the implementation of projects of all kinds for a period of not less than fifteen years. 6- A statement of non-exclusion issued by the Port of Tripoli Investment Authority, dating back no more than three months from the date of the awarding session. 7- The legal and administrative book of conditions is signed and signed on all its pages with the signature and seal of the bidder. 8- A statement from the Engineers Syndicate proving that the engineer has been affiliated with the Engineers Syndicate for a period of no less than twenty years.
Temporary insurance; USD 500 only five hundred US dollars.
