In the event that it is not subject, the bidder shall be bound by its price, even if it becomes registered in this directorate during the implementation period. 3- Certificate of registration of the bidder with the Ministry of Finance - Imports Directorate (or a copy thereof). 4- A letter of temporary bank guarantee (temporary insurance) or a cash guarantee to be deposited in the interest fund. 5- A CV indicating that the engineer / engineering company has previously dealt with the implementation of projects of all kinds for a period of not less than fifteen years. 6- A statement of non-exclusion issued by the Port of Tripoli Investment Authority, dating back no more than three months from the date of the awarding session. 7- The legal and administrative book of conditions is signed and signed on all its pages with the signature and seal of the bidder. 8- A statement from the Engineers Syndicate proving that the engineer has been affiliated with the Engineers Syndicate for a period of no less than twenty years.
