The contractor shall have a minimum average turnover in construction works during the last three (3) years (2020,21 &22) of USD$ 300,000 (Multiple of three (3) years of $900,000.00). iv. Interested contractors shall provide an audited financial statement obtained from a certified CPA Firm, and shall covered the last three years (2020-2021& 2022) v. The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has available, liquidity/assets (USD$ 1000,000.00) unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements. 6. A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 11:00 AM, in conference room#: 227 on the second floor of the MOH Central Office, Tubman Boulevard Congo Town, after a mandatory site visit on Tuesday June 13, 2023. Visitation to the site a shall be at no cost to the Ministry of Health. Additional requirements are provided in the detailed Bidding Documents. 7. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the Amended and Restated Public Procurement Act of 2010, and is open to all Eligible Bidders. 8. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Health and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address 9 (a) given below from 09:30 to 4:30 PM from Monday to Friday. 9. A complete and detailed set of bidding Documents in English can be purchased at the address at 11 (a) below upon payment of a nonrefundable fees of One Hundred United States Dollars (100.00) or its equivalent Liberian Dollars at the prevailing rate of the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL). The method of payment shall be cash paid to the cashier in the office of Financial Management (OFM) on the fourth floor of the Ministry of Health central office in Congo Town..
