obtain a Standard Bidding Document and Clarity at no cost from the Procurement Section of the
Liberia Maritime Authority (LiMA), 1948 Maritime Drive Oldest Congo Town, , between the
hours of 10:00 a.m. through 4:00p.m. From Monday March 27, 2022, to Monday, April 25,
2023.
All qualified vendors must present a Current Business Registration, Current Tax Clearance,
Business Profile and a list of previous clients, a permit to operate from the Ministry of Transport
R.L. Must have evidence of PPCC Vendor’s registry and Social Security (NASSCORP)
clearance, Must have an Audited Financial Statement, Discount will be an added advantage.
Final submission date is on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 1:30p.m., subsequently followed by the bid
opening ceremony at 2:00 p.m. on the same day.
All would be interested entities should submit sealed bid to the Procurement Section Liberia
