Implementation is carried out according to the quantities table attached in the specifications and standards booklet in force at the Petroleum Institute for Rehabilitation and Training. National and joint companies specialized in this field, which have established themselves in competence and ability, have technical and financial capabilities, and wish to participate in the bidding, should apply to purchase a booklet of conditions and specifications from the office of the Rapporteur of the Bidding Committee in the administration building at the Institute’s headquarters during working hours, from 09:00 am to 12:00 am. 00 noon from the date of Sunday 08/13/2023 AD until 08/27/2023 AD accompanied by the following documents: · Submission of the company file addressed to (the Institute's Bidding Committee) and contains a request to express interest in participating in the tender, in addition to the following:.
