4- Removing the dilapidated concrete layer of the building's structural elements.
5- Restoration of the damaged parts of the removed plaster layers.
6- Treating all damaged structural elements, including reinforcing steel bars.
7- Cut and remove part of the window seating marble and install new marble.
8- Complete coating based on graphite.
9- Transporting waste to public dumps.
Implementation is carried out according to the quantities table attached in the specifications and standards booklet in force at the Petroleum Institute for Rehabilitation and Training.
National and joint companies specialized in this field, which have established themselves in competence and ability, have technical and financial capabilities, and wish to participate in the bidding, should apply to purchase a booklet of conditions and specifications from the office of the Rapporteur of the Bidding Committee in the administration building at the Institute’s headquarters during working hours, from 09:00 am to 12:00 am. 00 noon from the date of Sunday 08/13/2023 AD until 08/27/2023 AD accompanied by the following documents:
