National and joint companies specialized in this field, which have established themselves in competence and ability, have technical and financial capabilities, and wish to participate in the pre-qualification of the bid, must submit an expression of interest to receive the pre-qualification questionnaire, noting that the companies must submit the following documents: · The company file contains the valid registration documents in Libya (the Memorandum of Association - Articles of Association - an official extract from the commercial register). · License to practice activity - Proof of registration in the Chamber of Commerce - Certificate of proof of tax payment. · The company's financial position for the last three years. · Certificates of previous experience in the implementation of projects similar to the required field of work, supported by letters from the parties that have been dealt with in the past..
