The MELLITAH OIL & GAS B.V.-LIBYA (MOG) in Libya from African region had released this tender for Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Maintenance Activities for All Types of Company Printers at All Company Sites Objectives: To hold coherent maintenance services of Multi-Function Heavy-duty Printers MFP (Printing, Scanning and Copying) for all company sites, to meet adequate and fundamental work requirements. • The main object is to maintain the MFPs in high operability and availability work. • Provide preventive maintenance and inspection PMI service for the targeted printers within reasonable rounds. • Provide maintenance if it was worthy and affordable cost. Otherwise, shall be placed alternative arrangements for providing a new one Heavy-Duty MFP. • The contractor shall provide consumable and predicted maintenance spares. and shall have at least 50% in contractor domestic warehouse. • Provide Printers Management with Authentication Control and Limit Access. So, the printers can be reached by badge scans or pass codes. Thus, the printing permissions and documents are managed. • There are a few types of MFP in service and predominantly are Konica Minolta and HP types. Nonetheless, MOG Company is planning to have Konica Minolta spread and phase out the rest of types. The contractor shall act accordingly. • There are a few MFPs with extra features to be considered, for some sections like drawing, general services and logistics. In addition, there are office printers shall be taking in account as well. Preliminary SOW: • The period of the contract shall be Three years. • MOG in principle is interested in covering the service on 140 MFP and 60 office printers. • Preventive Maintenance and Inspection, Troubleshooting, maintenance, and observation on Printers Network shall be achieved by qualified and reliable technicians. • Maintenance and expenditure Analysis Report of the machines is required every quarter or three times a year and shall be performed in real environment operation. with tender notice no.
