The service provider shall employ drivers with valid driving license issued by the competent authorities in Madagascar. 3. The vehicle conditions must meet the following: a. Vehicles provided to UNODC must be in excellent functional condition and have clocked less than 100,000 kilimeters or 5 years old from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). b. Vehicles should be equiped with necessary safety and other motor vehicle requirements but not limited to; complete toolkit, spare wheel, wheel changing kit, first aid box, functional seat belt etc. c. Well maintained vehicles, clean inside and outside with functioning cooling system 4. Interested vendors may forward their Expressions of Interest (EOI) along with the signed vendor forms to margaret.muchuku@un.org. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. 5. The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Provision of taxi Services in Antanarivo, Madagascar" must be received by UNODC no later than 23h59 Nairobi local time (GMT+3) on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 with tender notice no.
