Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Malawi Resilience and Disaster Risk Management Project; Attention: Procurement Specialist; E-mail: Stevie.Kazembe@mwasip.mw and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 08.00 Hours to 16.00 Hours local time (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays at the address given in 10 (a) below. The Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested eligible bidders at the address given in 10 (b) below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of MK20, 000.00 or equivalent in a freely convertible currency. The method of payment is cash or bank certified cheque. The document will be sent by E-mail. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the address given in 10 (c) below on or before 10:00 Hours local time on Friday, 31st March 2023. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
