Selection criteria: weighing criteria (80% price & 20% delivery time). 2. Samples are required from the list mentioned in Annex 2 “21 Samples” and should be sent to WHO, Sana’a office on the bid closure time, on the 14th of June 2023 between 11:00 am and 02:00 pm. 3. The bidder should have at least 5 years of supply Admission Kits experience. 4. Validity period of the offer, not less than 18 Months. 5. Offers with delivery more than 6 weeks may not be considered. 6. The bidder should submit valid commercial registry and all necessary documentation from the proper authorities for the export/import of Admission Kits for the TFCs supply to Yemen. 7. The bidder should have presence in Yemen or have local Distributor that is registered in the Yemeni Ministry of Industry & Trade, complete company information should be provided in attached Annex 7. 8. Offers not meeting the required specifications will not be considered. 9. WHO would not be liable to provide any tax exemptions. 10. Singed/stamped offers on company letterhead will only be acceptable.
