Additionally, selected structures can expect to improve their financial and administrative knowledge and skills so that they are able to provide MEL services directly to USAID in the future. This may include (but is not limited to) conducting performance evaluations, designing monitoring systems, This is a call for expressions of interest (AMI), not a request for proposals (RFP) or a request for quotation (RFQ) and should not be interpreted as a commitment on the part of Social Impact to award a subcontracting contract on the basis of this call for expressions of interest. All costs associated with responding to this request will be the sole responsibility of the respondent.
