The selection criteria for constituting the shortlist are as follows: 1. Respond to this invitation by sending: – a sheet (brochure and/or commercial leaflet) presenting the company, – a bound document including: has. the company's technical references in terms of implementation presented in the form of a table indicating the list of projects carried out by the company over the last 3 years , with columns: · Purpose of the contract and description of the work, · Project manager – Client – Funder – Contacts, · Period (from month/year to month/year), · Contract amount, b. the list of equipment available to the company, vs. the list of permanent staff of the company, d. the approval of the company, e. tax clearance, f. the turnover of the last three financial years (exempt for new creations). 2. Have the minimum equipment necessary to ensure the execution of the work, 3. Have the minimum team required internally (permanent staff) to ensure the work is carried out, 4. Not having a project currently in arrears with World Vision Mali. The company's references, the equipment it has as well as its permanent staff will constitute the elements of assessment to select the companies to consult. The other criteria are eliminatory. Planned period for carrying out the work: 2024 NB: Companies that participated in calls for tenders and obtained contracts in 2023 are not affected by this event. They are subject to internal evaluation. Those who pass this evaluation will be included on the list. Expressions of interest must reach World Vision Mali, no later than Tuesday November 9, 2023 at 10 a.m. , at the following address: WV.
