Moussa CISSE and Adama FOFANA, located in Hamdallaye the ACI 2000 building of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), from Monday to Friday during working hours (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Newly created companies whose date of establishment of the first balance sheet has not arrived at the deadline for submitting offers are exempted from providing proof of similar experience. However, they must provide all evidence that they are capable of correctly carrying out this contract. They will also provide the list of qualified key personnel, the updated curricula vitae signed and dated by the persons concerned, the manager or the administrator of the structure and any other document that the new company deems useful to add for the assessment of their technical and professional skills. They must provide a bank certificate of availability of funds or commitment to finance the contract for an amount at least equal to Twenty Five Million (25,000,000 CFA francs) per lot, – Experience The Bidder must prove, with supporting documentation, that it meets the experience requirements below:.
