Newly created companies whose date of establishment of the first balance sheet has not arrived at the deadline for submitting offers are exempted from providing proof of similar experience. However, they must provide all evidence that they are capable of correctly carrying out this contract. They will also provide the list of qualified key personnel, the updated curricula vitae signed and dated by the persons concerned, the manager or the administrator of the structure and any other document that the new company deems useful to add for the assessment of their technical and professional skills.
