It is therefore necessary to increase the Framework Contract ceiling by approximately 32%, corresponding to an additional amount of EUR 11,767,245,10, calculated as follows: • Current FWC ceiling: EUR 35,426,253.11 • Proposed increase (around 32%): EUR 11,767,245.10 • Revised FWC ceiling: EUR 47,193,498.21 The proposed increase does not alter the nature, scope, purpose, or essential characteristics of the Framework Contract.
