The services concern technical assistance relating to the introduction of the establishment projects approach, establishment of a community of educational practices (COPE) group and a study on the identification of diversified and sustainable re-equipment and maintenance of scientific laboratories at secondary education level.
The services expected from the consultant include:
An analysis of the current mode of operation of establishments;
A model of optimal administrative and educational organization of the establishment based on the establishment project;
Training modules intended for the different components of the educational community on the establishment project;
Monitoring methods and tools for the execution and evaluation of establishment projects;
Definition and validation of equipment and consumables requirements;
The contents of the experimental programs are adapted to the needs for consumables.
