The products were delivered to the various health structures in the Wilayas of intervention of the Project within a period exceeding 120 days 4. The Ministry of Health is soliciting offers under closed cover (excluding taxes) from eligible bidders meeting the qualifications required to supply this equipment in two separate lots for the supply, installation and commissioning of Technical Medical Equipment for Centers health of the regions of (Hodh Echargui, Hods Elgharbi, Gorgol, Guidimakha and Tagant ) 5. The criteria for qualifying bidders are : _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ 1. If the Bidder is the manufacturer : the bidder will provide written proof of this status and must provide supporting documents the criteria below 1. Financial capacity : The Bidder must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements: · Provide financial statements for the last 5 years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022) certified by a certified public accountant. Or, if not required by the regulations of the bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer for the last 5 years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022) demonstrating current solvency and long-term profitability of the bidder ..
