Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 16 October 2023 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time) at latestBidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 16 October 2023 as from 15.01 hours till Wednesday 18 October 2023 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian time).
Bids will be opened online in the prence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 18 October 2023 as from 13.45 hours.
