Bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Provision of Consultancy Services for the restructuring of the Mauritius Society for Authors and reference number MACH/RFP/OAB 04 of 2022-23 addressed to the Secretary Departmental Bid Committee should be deposited in the Bid Box of the Ministry of Arts and Cultural Heritage, 7th Floor, Renganaden Seeneevassen Building, Cnr. Maillard and Pope Hennessy Streets, Port Louis on/ or before Friday 16 June 2023 at 10.30 hrs (local Time).
4. The Ministry of Arts and Cultural Heritage reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, as per provision of section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder. with tender notice no.
