To this end, the ExPLOI program pursues the following dual purpose: - Create the conditions for the evolution of behavior and practices around the use of plastic; - Support the emergence of dynamic alternatives to plastic by encouraging economic players to engage in a circular economy approach. Through this call for expression of interest, the General Secretariat of the IOC proposes to recruit technical assistance composed of three (03) international experts who will be able to mobilize additional specific short-term expertise according to the themes identified. This technical assistance will be called upon to tender for the call for tenders which will detail more the intervention times of the experts proposed according to the requirements of the terms of reference of the mission to be part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) putting implement the ExPLOI project. with tender notice no.
