Define key identified stakeholders from the public/private/social sectors. 2. Hold a face-to-face kick-off mission with GGGI, government counterparts (main beneficiaries/recipients of the ToR scope) 3. Develop an inception report specifying the scope and approach of the report as well as the key public and private stakeholders (including practitioners to be involved in the process. 4. Hold regular virtual validation meetings with key stakeholders 5. Develop a survey to collect primary data 6. Document and analyse survey results 7. Develop a mid-term report integrating the key insights from primary and secondary data collection 8. Hold a validation meeting with public sector stakeholders 9. Develop a draft final report and reflect feedback from key stakeholders (e.g. Government of Mexico, public bank representatives, etc.) 10. Develop a final report (parts 1 and 2). 2) Organize the delivery of a hybrid (face-to-face + virtual) knowledge sharing event alongside public and private stakeholders to disseminate main findings • ACTIVITIES: 1. Organize one hybrid knowledge-sharing session to present the final recommendations and findings of the report (including venue, refreshments, virtual streaming platform, furniture, etc.) 2.
