Ifc Seeks to Hire a Legal Consultancy Firm (or a Consortium of Firms) with Strong Experience in the Region and Sector to Support with Preparation; Structuring and Tendering of the Project; i.e. Performing Legal Due Diligence including by Analyzing Moldova’S Regulatory Framework in Terms of its Readiness to Implement the Project; Support Ifc with Ongoing Project Legal Procedures; Prepare the Legal Part of the Feasibility Study; Prepare Tender Documentation for the Purposes of the Tender Procedure; Assist with Bringing the Project to Ppp/Concession Contract Signing with the Winning Bidder.
