The EAST EUROPEAN FOUNDATION in Moldova from Europe region had released this tender for Tenders are invited for Selection of a Company that will Offer Training Services in the Field of Social Media The company selected in this competition will organize two training sessions for 20 people per each training . The target group for the first training are representatives of social enterprises. The second training is intended for representatives of business support centers (which provide advice and guidance to entrepreneurs) and those who represent consortia of non-commercial organizations (those that facilitate the employment of vulnerable and disabled people). Consortia and social enterprises are managed by public associations. Tasks for the service provider Offline training of 40 civil society representatives for 2 days, divided into 20 training participants/day, for 5 academic hours/day between November 27 and December 15, 2023. The training will include the following topics: Digital storytelling to increase the visibility of beneficiary stories, sales of social enterprises Developing content to attract new visitors and subscribers to Facebook, Instagram pages Development of monthly content plans Guided coaching of participants on writing beneficiary success stories and sales promotion responsibility To train 40 people according to the above tasks To provide food for the participants (one lunch and 2 coffee breaks per day) To provide or rent a hall for the training of participants Qualification requirements The potential service provider must be a legal entity; At least 3 years of work experience in social media marketing; Experience working with small businesses and non-governmental organizations is an advantage; The experts who will train the training participants must know the Romanian language at an advanced level and the Russian language at an intermediate level.
