B. Scope of Work
Prepare 4 hospital sites for the installation of containerized PSA plants:
• The Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health
• Institute of Phthisiopneumology “Chiril Draganiuc”
• District Hospital of Glodeni
• District Hospital of Calarasi
Each site will require the following work:
• Concrete platform for the PSA container with access ramp and metal roof.
• Security fence with gate.
• Primary electrical power supply from source to PSA installation point.
• Oxygen piping from the PSA plant to hospital connection.
• Exterior lighting for the secure area of the PSA plant.
• Drain system for the evacuation of PSA condensation.
C. Technical Specification
The specifications below are provided to orient the vendor on the required technical solution. Vendors can propose other but similar technical specifications if needed. Final specifications and selection will be done in coordination with EpiC, the Unit for Coordination, Implementation and Monitoring of Health Projects (UCIMP), and the receiving health facilities.

EOI are due no later than 12pm Eastern Time on the 16th of April 2023. Required documentation listed under Section D must be e-mailed to EpiCMoldova@fhi360.org in PDF format, arranged and titled accordingly.
