Within this context, MESA is seeking for technical assistance to design, develop, and implement an Integrated Management
System for Modelectrica that includes the following:
ISO 9001:2015 - Quality management systems
ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental management systems
ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational health and safety management systems
ISO 50001:2018 - Energy Management Systems
An Integrated Management System will enable Moldelectrica to increase the efficiency of financial accounting/expensing,
improve customer satisfaction, rational use of resources, and improve transparency, and streamline administrative processes.
