Preliminary site assessments for the proposed Eco-IP site at Emeelt indicate key observations on the site physiography that could increase climate risk if mitigation is not appropriately addressed in the planning and design of the Eco-IP. The main objective of this activity is to support Government of Mongolia in developing specifications on minimum standards to mitigate against flood and seismic hazards in the planning and design of the proposed Emeelt Eco IP. The World Bank team is seeking the services of a qualified consultant firm known for doing high quality and timely work with expertise in multi-hazard risk assessment studies..
