One of the axes of this program is the deepening of the securitization market. To stimulate the growth of the securitization market while preserving financial stability; the WBG supports the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) and the Association of Securitization Fund Managers (AGFT) in a project to optimize the legal documentation of FPCTs. The missions of the legal adviser will concern in particular the two elements following:1. Review of the Moroccan framework and international references2. The standardization of securitization transactions and the drafting of standard model documents The details of the consultation are described in the ToR and the announcement. It is expected that the consultation will last 70 working days. Given the importance of this site; it was agreed to finalize it as soon as possible; ideally before the end of November 2023. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.
