- Conception and Implementation of Minimum, Average and Maximum Market Prices, as Well as Defining the Respective Methodology and Periodicity;
- Create Methodology for Defining Reference Prices;
- Updating Prices, Which May Be Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly or Annually Depending on Each Item, by The Inflationary Index in The Periodicity, Availability of Such Index or By Application of The Percentage Variation in Relation to The Head of The Family Obtained Through Periodic Price Collection;
- Analyze Price Behavior in Order to Identify Indices for Price Adjustments;
- Define a Coefficient/index for Periodically Determining the Reference Price, And/or Deviations;
- Create a Methodology for Maintaining, Updating and Monitoring Reference Prices;
- Inform the Contracting Entity of Any Information Relevant to The Better Execution of The Object of The Contract;
- Deliver to The Contracting Entity All Documents Prepared in The Performance of The Services of This Contract, Which Will Become and Remain the Property of The Contracting Entity;
