Finally, it aims to support Myanmar CSOs to develop their skills in citizen journalism, so that they take full part in the creation and dissemination of reliable and verified information and working more closely with journalists and professional media. The Services entrusted to the Service Provider will be: 1. A mapping of potential beneficiaries of the Project (journalists, media outlets, CSOs, activists, NGOs, civil society organisations working in the production of information, documentation of the situation, in the country and in exile), of their needs and existing support opportunities. To associate to this mapping a review of the partners and experts that can be requested by CFI and other implementation operators to support the beneficiaries. Mapping will focus on Myanmar, Thailand and Western Europe 2. A risk analysis for the Project and its implementation operators. The Service Provider shall carry out an analysis of the financial, operational and security risks that may impact the implementation of the project, its training activities and financial support to Myanmar beneficiaries in the country and in exile. It will also analyse existing mitigation measures and classify them (from effective to non-performing). 3.
